Governor Repairs

The company has great technical capacity in governor repairing. The dedicated governor repairing service station, established in 1996, major in routine overhauling and maintenance of various governors, and also supply the services and consultations in installation of governor, type choosing as well as matching thereof. The station equipped with the governor test bed of WOODWARD technology built by USA, is able to precisely adjust and calibrate the various governors of main and auxiliary engine, and maintain matching between governor and various engines in terms of characteristics. Thereby the vessel can be sailing safety and reliability.

Turbocharger Repairs

Since the end of 70s, the company has begun the overhauling and servicing of the turbocharger. And successfully repaired various turbochargers of VIR from Switzerland, MAN from Germany, B＆W from Denmark, Napier from UK as well as MET and IHI from Japan. At the beginning of 90s, the dedicated turbocharger overhauling station was found with the dynamic balancing test lab equipped with two horizontal-typed hard supported dynamic balancing machine, the specification is YYQ-1000, and the calibrated accuracy is 0.1μm. It can provide the precise calibration of the balancing for various turbochargers ranging from 1 to 1000 kg, thereby the turbocharger can be running stability and reliability at high speed. In addition, the machine is able to accurately calibrate the rotors of pump, fan, and electrical motor etc.. through the long-term servicing practice, a dedicated service team with good experience and expertise is found and all kind of technical service can be provided timely and efficiently.
